	Return Policy

	We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, for that reason we offer a 7 day return policy from the date of purchase. If you need to return your purchase, it should be in its original condition and its original packaging. You may return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax within 7 days of the invoice date. If you paid with a credit card, the debited amount will be returned to the card number. If you paid by check or money order, a company check will be sent to you after we have received the product. Please note that the shipping and handling charges is non-refundable unless it is our shipping error Please contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) for the item(s) you wish to return at: customer@michelinedeparis.com or call us at 718-276-9775 Monday to Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. Once a RMA# is obtained, please package item(s) securely, include original packing slip, and the reason for the return. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). michelinedeparis.com does not exchange or refund any item(s) that has been used. If any item is damaged during shipment, please store in a safe place and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with UPS. Please note that it's very important to retain the damaged item(s) in order to file the claim. We will replace a product if defected, or any errors/mistakes made by us during the shipping process.
